Bump Update Weeks 19-23!

Hellloooo there!

It's been a busy, speedy July so far. Super busy prepping for baby, school, maternity lesson plans, and DIY projects for the nursery. Blogging has taken a back seat this summer and I'm okay with that. I would rather be prepared for the upcoming months because every teacher knows once September gets here
T.H.E.R.E. I.S. N.O. T.I.M.E. until winter break!

Completing the nursery and plans ahead of time is the only option. Some people think I'm crazy for "nesting" so early but really its because I want to relax that last couple of months especially with going back to work.
Let's consider this the only time I have been PROACTIVE instead of reactive!

Kuddos to me but I'm not celebrating until everything is completed. I can't wait to share my bulletin board ideas and some "Saving My Ass Paperwork" I've created this year so I can stay more organized. Let's be honest I need paper copies of everything instead of digital versions because I can't type and be present in a phone conversation... I'm old school.

I have been able to maintain workouts and eating healthy throughout this pregnancy. With that said, I normally eat dessert or a treat daily pre-pregnancy so I can honestly say that has stayed the same. I think that's one reason I haven't had tons of cravings. In fact I'm more indecisive than normal. I'm just hungry I don't care what it is....I need options then I can decide...Weird! My husband wishes it was the opposite. He hates the indecisiveness. I've been pretty lucky with not having to buy a lot of maternity clothes. Luckily my sister has given me some bigger sized shorts to get me through the summer, a ton of maternity clothes (that I haven't wore yet), and wearing tank tops that still cover the bump. I know this will end probably next month just because the tank tops are getting a little short. haha

Bump Photo Updates....some pics were a little difficult to counteract the flash because we had taken the photos at night.

Week are currently on Week 24! Photo update coming soon with some teacher related post.

  1. I had horrible heartburn with both my pregnancies. I never had it before I got pregnant, and good news, the moment I gave birth it was GONE! I had to have tums in my purse at all times. I had to eat tums after every single thing I ate and at bed time. Hang in there! It'll be gone once he is born. :) Love the pics! You look fantastic!

    1. Thanks Rae! Ugh, I hope that is true for me too. I have to take two tums every morning around 2:30 am. Hello it's been like six hours since I last put something in my stomach! Only thing I hate about pregnancy...I can't wait to enjoy food instead of dreading what will happen afterwards or before I even eat anything.
